1. Definitions

In these Terms, the Service means Shime, its site pages, community features, profile tools, and support processes made available through the app.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Shime, you accept these Terms and agree to follow them each time you use the Service.

3. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful, personal, and community-appropriate purposes. Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with operations, or use the Service to submit harmful, abusive, deceptive, or illegal material.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for the account information you provide, for activity that occurs through your account, and for keeping your access methods secure.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, branding, and original service materials, belongs to Shime or its licensors. You keep ownership of your user content, but you grant the permissions needed for us to host, display, process, moderate, and operate it within the Service.

6. User Content and Community Rules

You remain responsible for the user content, posts, captions, photos, and other materials you submit. You must not post harassment, abuse, fake information, fraud, hateful material, illegal conduct, or other prohibited content. You can report or flag content, block other members, and contact support when you need help. We aim to review objectionable-content and safety reports within 24 hours, and we may block abusive users from appearing in community surfaces, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, eject abusive users, or terminate access when needed to moderate the community.

7. Content and Feature Availability

Community features, profile tools, publishing flows, and support pathways may change over time. We may adjust, limit, or remove features when needed for safety, quality, legal, or operational reasons.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, content accuracy, and specific results, and we limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Service Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including community tools or support processes.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms are published means you accept the revised version.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
